Smoothed all edges on the nose wheel fork and wheel fork doubler

Laid out the side bolt pattern and the axle hole in the nose wheel fork and wheel fork doubler

Drilled and clecoed the wheel fork doubler to the nose wheel fork

Laid out the hole pattern on the nose gear strut assembly and drilled

Clamped the nose gear strut assembly to the wheel fork doubler and nose wheel for and back drilled the holes for mounting

Fabricated a plate for attachment of a towbar and match drilled it to the nose wheel fork

Drilled all holes up to size

Filed the four grooves for the gear strut fitting bolts

Smoothed all the machining marks from the gear

Marked the centerline ob both ends of the gear and on both axel mounts

Clamped the main axle to the gear, transfer punched and drilled the four mounting holes

Bolted the main axel to the gear

Marked, drilled and cut the gear plates to size

Smoothed all edges on the gear plate

Assembled the tires and tubes on the three Matco wheels

Disassembled the nose wheel fork and wheel fork doubler, deburred all holes and smoothed the remaining machine marks on the wheel fork

Removed the axels from the main gear spring and deburred all holes in the spring

Used Poly Fiber  E-2310 Aluma-Dyne Phosphoric Acid Etch to clean the main gear spring, the gear plates, the nose wheel fork, the wheel fork doubler and the axle spacers then treated them with E-2300 Aluma-Dyne Conversion Coating
