Laid out and drilled the dynafocal engine brackets

Drilled the front attach points in the engine mount

Installed the Berry mounts to the dynafocal engine brackets and fit to engine mount

Radiused the ends of the dynafocal brackets

Cooling bracket laid out, cut to shape and drilled to proper size

Used Poly Fiber  E-2310 Aluma-Dyne Phosphoric Acid Etch to clean the dynafocal engine brackets then treated them with E-2300 Aluma-Dyne Conversion Coating

Fabricated oil reservoir mount mount

Fit oil reservoir and mount to firewall

Riveted oil reservoir mount together and to firewall

Measured, marked and drilled the holes to mount the steel angles to the sides of the engine

Set engine in position on the dynafocal engine mount

Aligned the engine with the engine mount and marked the cross members for drilling

Pre-drilled the cross members and then back drilled the steel angles

Cut off and smoothed the area of the lower lug on the starter

Removed the engine mount and install Poly Fiber Tube Seal inside the closed seal mount tubes

Seal the tubes with AD42S pop rivets

Deburred all holes drilled in the dynafocal engine mount brackets

Smoothed all edges on the steel engine mount angles and trimmed the rear edge of the left angle
