Trimmed, fit, drilled and clecoed the left and right door sills to the fuselage upper tubes

Deburred all holes that hold the door sills to the fuselage

Cut the upper half of the bubble door hinges to length

Predrilled the upper half  door hinges, fit to the door sills, drilled and clecoed

Disassembled both door sills and deburred all holes

Applied Cortec VCI-373 Wash Primer/Corrosion Inhibitor to the mating surfaces of the door sills and bubble door hinge

Installed and riveted the door sills to the cabin frame and the bubble door hinge to the door sills
